# Closed Beta Launch

* Open a ticket under [#open-support-ticket](https://discord.com/channels/991704208057307278/1016391911004717056/1016397312173543505)
* State that you would like to be part of the Closed Beta & our team will provide you the further details

Upon withdrawal, there is a 24 hour cooldown period. Once the cooldown period is complete, the funds will be returned to the deposited address.

Please note:\
• The funds will only be sent to the address that originally sent the assets.\
• When requesting a withdrawal, please use the same Discord handle to submit your request via the ticketing system, as your deposit address and Discord handle are associated during the deposit process.\
• You will be asked to send a small, random amount of aETH from your deposit address to a designated address to verify that the withdrawal is being requested by the rightful user.
