# Revenue Sources

The protocol currently generates revenue from three sources:

**Withdrawal fee**

0.2% withdrawal fee is applied on every withdraw. 

**Performance fee**

20% performance fee is applied at each profit & loss reporting. The performance fee is taken from the profit of all the vault.

20% applies to the PnL of the strategies, to profits, as well as losses, if occurs. Meaning that, in case of occured loss, the users will share the loss with Fractality treasury.

**Market Making Activities**

Fractality generates revenue from the market making activities on Hyperliquid. 

> Regardless of its source revenue is shared with the community by the buybacks
